To book 35a Quality Street you should pay the booking deposit specified in the initial quote. The booking deposit is non-refundable.
2. Paying for your booking
The full balance includes the balance of payment of the initial quote as well as a refundable damage deposit of £75. The full balance is due latest one month before the start of your stay. If a booking is made within a month of your stay, the full amount is due immediately. If the booking deposits and balance payments are not paid in due time, we have the right to cancel the booking and re-let the property – retaining the booking deposit.
